  I’m leaving this review because our experience at this location tonight was extremely frustrating. My friend and I placed an order through the Papa Johns app, and the app showed that our orders were ready. We went to the store and showed the confirmation emails and the order status on our phones. However, the employee at the counter (indian girl) told us that she had not received the orders and refused to give us the food. We contacted customer service while standing outside the store. The customer service representative confirmed that our order numbers and asked us to go back inside. She even offered to stay on the phone and speak with the employee if there was an issue. When we went back inside, another employee was actually ready to give us our orders, but the same employee stepped in, took the boxes back, and again refused to give them to us. We asked her to speak directly with the customer service representative who was still on the phone, but she refused. Customer service eventually called the store directly and spoke with them for around 15 minutes. Only after that were we finally given our food. Throughout the entire situation, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. This happened at night when the store was nearly empty, and we ended up having to wait outside in the dark while trying to resolve an issue that was clearly showing as a completed/ready order in the app. I want to specifically thank the customer service representative who stayed on the phone with us and worked to resolve the situation. She was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food itself was great, but the experience with the employee was unacceptable. I hope management takes this situation seriously and reviews what happened, because customers should not have to go through this just to receive an order that they already paid for.

  Pizza Review The pizza was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The crust was fresh and perfectly cooked, the cheese was flavorful, and the toppings tasted fresh. I especially love that they offer jalapeños, free dipping sauce, and even the yellow peppers! 🌶️ Those little extras really make the pizza even better. Everything was delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a great pizza! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Manager Sai was amazing! The customer service was outstanding. We ordered chicken wings and pizza, and everything was delicious. The taste, quality, and preparation of the food were excellent. I highly recommend this place! :)
