- SSs s1 day ago2.0Went in with a Gift Card and the girl with curly hair (if i remember correctly) insisted my card did not have money. I jumped hops to find out it DID. Apparently they dont know how to train their staff nor they know how to ask a manager. I emailed customer service and they said “they didnt see a problem”. Yea proper training and/or lying about cash on gift cards is NO PROBLEM. There used to be a manager w glasses and curly hair. She must not be there anymore bc she was good.
