I had a last-minute request for 6 Baker’s Dozen bagels and called the store with only about an hour before closing. Alex was incredibly supportive, reassuring, and quick to help. He immediately let me know he could have the order ready for pickup in 30 minutes, which was a huge relief. When I arrived, everything was already packed, organized, and ready to go. Alex made what could have been a stressful catering situation completely seamless. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and attention to detail left a great positive impression. Thank you, Alex!!!
