This used to be our favorite ramen places. But the last few trips have been very disappointing.
Our ramen was very undercooked, the pork belly pieces were 80% fat, service was unresponsive and generally inattentive. We were comped part of our meal though.
The duck fat fries and host were lovely.

The food was largely unflavored and uninspiring especially for the price. Here is the review of the 2 dishes we tried:
Chicken ramen - broth not much different from Maruchan instant noodles. Chicken was dry and not very flavorful.
Kakuni Bap (rice bowl) - the hot bowl was overfilled with rice which means not enough heat to make the tasty crispy rice bits. The pork was very tender but didn't have much flavor beyond your typical freezer dinner. Overall the food is cooked well but flavor just isn't there.

Fusion food with artless flavors. A heavy, oily meal for American tourists.
Got the tan tan and beef ramen. The beef was so greasy it was like drinking bone marrow. The tan tan was simultaneously flavorless and immensely rich. The curry broth could have been made from a thai red curry paste and simply did not sit well in a ramen context. Had barely any ground pork and a featured a pointless slab of bacon fat.
Egg overcooked and unmarinated.
The raw tuna salad was inedible, generic restaurant supply salad mix, soaked in super sweet soy sauce with a LOT of togarashi spice which made no sense in this context.
The restaurant space is nice. If you need to go and are a ramen enthusiast, try their non-noodle options. For real ramen go to the mall across the street.
