- GMGrumpy MoralesApr 12, 20261.0We've been going to this McDonald's for over a year and a half. Everything is fine and you have tons of employees in back of the counter. More concerned about the drive-thru which the corporate office insists that is more important in the customers in the dining room. It's not the employees fault it's the corporate office fault. They ignore the dining room and the customers at the register and the kiosk. Sold the employees allow the dining room to look dirty and filthy. And ignoring elderly people and anyone else that wants to pay at the register. If there is issues at the kiosk you have management and employees during the same thing focusing on the drive-thru more than anybody else beyond the registers. I used to work fast foods when I was younger and this was unacceptable in my day. I am 60 years old and I don't understand the way things are going now. McDonald's corporate office is more focused on profit than being friendly. Being friendly and engaging with customers. Especially with the elderly customers. It's all about money not the interaction with customers anymore.
