  I bought a chocolate shake today, but when I tasted it, it didn’t seem right. I let my cousin try it too, and he also said the taste was different and not good. So we decided to throw it away instead of drinking it, just in case it might upset our stomach. Do they clean the machine every day and change the flavors properly? 😞

  Soooo let me explain why I gave 3 stars, first the positive, my double cheese & nuggets were good & hot, BUT I wanted to try their Large Dirty Dr. Pepper & I added blueberry syrup & no ice which came to $4.88 no problem ($10.72 total). I get my drink & there's more foam than Dr. Pepper & before I pulled off from the drive thru, I had to wipe the cup off & I tasted it, there was no blueberry syrup & it looked very dirty like the name from all the foam & I didn't pay almost $5 for a cup of foam (I really could've did without). I went inside & another employee offered to fix another one for me, he apologized & was nice about it, the woman that gave me my order said to him (I over heard their conversation lol)"well she never told me, next time you make it" I sat waiting & wiping my cup off after she handed my food to me & walked off & never came back to the window, so I had no choice but to go in, my issue is her lack of accountability with excuses & good customer service as a adult & someone that works with people daily...the 1st drink wasn't good, but the nicer employee made my 2nd drink & it was good, at 10:30am that experience was too much & could've been handled differently along with an apology...it takes seconds to be nice to people no matter what kind of day you're having, I thanked him & told everyone to have a good day as I left.

  At 10:40 pm the doors are closed. No one comes to open the door. They pretend they don't see anyone. Only a line for cars.

  Easy peasy. Pulled through the drive-thru for a quick order for myself and a few family members, and it all came together smoothly. McD’s does what it does best—reliable, quick, and consistent. The breakfast items felt fresh and still hold up as a solid value, which isn’t always easy to find these days. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient without feeling rushed. A simple stop, done right. Thank you! 💗
