  Training here is terrible. This is the second time my order has baffled the crew. First time was a steak biscuit. This time it was a orange dream, a new beverage I specifically came to try. They had to move a mountain just to get some cold foam over an orange soda after 3 separate people argued with me with me and wanted to see a receipt I wasn’t given. I spent money on a whole meal and I have to push this hard to try this new drink with some godforsaken cold foam from a can? That really pisses me off. If you train this crew and you’re reading this, you need to find different work because you have repeatedly failed these people and this store. Food was mediocre at best.

  They are rude. I asked to cancel the order when I was at the drive through. The cashier asked me to pull to the window without taking the order out. When I got to the window, I asked her if the order was removed, but she ignored me by not answering me and told me the total. I assumed she removed it and paid. She wouldn't give me my receipt, so I asked for the receipt and saw the order was not removed. I asked her to refund me at that point, but she said the order was already made and that I should pull forward to the next window to pick up the order because she didn't have the authorization to cancel the order. At that point, I was upset that she had ignored me so many times and told her that that was a problem SHE needed to find the solution not me and that I wanted to see the manager. And of course, she also refused to bring the manager to the front. The manager Mauricio sided with the cashier and asked me to take my order and never return. What??? Is he the owner? Don't come to this location. For those other reviewers wondering if their rudeness is due to their language barrier, IT IS NOT. It's them. I spoke to them in Spanish, but they were even more rude coming out of the window and getting up on my face. They act like they are the owners, but it is not right even if they were. I usually go to the Homestead one. Jack in the Box next to it also has great customer service.

  Every single time I get fries here they come unsalted and tasting of oil also half the time it tastes very obviously old please put more effort you make me so sad

  We come to this place very often. It was nearby and good overall. But today our latte comes in less than half full. When asked they said it’s because we ordered it with no ice. Yet every else we ordered the same thing it is at least 2/3 full!

  Check your order when you drive through pickup. They missed lots of items!!!
