I took my daughter to lunch after church. I used the online check in, wait for seating link thing. I want to say that it worked great. We parked and went straight to the guy behind the desk, i gave him my name. He took us right to our table. It was so cool. Then again there was no one else before us in line, lol. The food was great. I had the fish and chips. I enjoyed it very much. Tasia was great. She was sweet and attentive. We'll come again. Thank you.

I finally understand why this place is called Lazy Dog. It's because the staff are lazy dogs who didn't want a bone even though I planned to spend more than that here. Instead, I have never experienced such a magnitude of poor service. To start, the hostess stuck us in the very farthest cornerstone booth as if she was annoyed that I asked for a booth instead of sitting at the high back chairs she wanted us to sit at. It was here where we were ignored by no less than 3 servers. One who kept just staring at us as he went in and out and the other, which was manning the bar and kept staring at us every few minutes, but offered not a single word. No "we'll be right with you" or "Are you ready?" Nothing. But I'll get back to this one in a minute. We were waiting at our booth for almost 20 minutes when finally I got up to try to find someone to take our order. It was then that I saw 3 guy servers (you know because of their checkered shirts they wear) just hanging out, laughing in a corner on the other side of the restaurant. One of which ignored us every time he walked outside. After not finding anyone in the front, I went to the bar to try to get the server, who apparently just likes to stare rather than do her job, to ask if anyone was going to help us. She proceeded to ignore me while filling drinks up. That was the last straw. I just left after that. If they didn't want to serve us, the hostess could have told us they were closed for dine in LIKE I HAD ASKED in the beginning. Instead, they played games and ignored us. The worst part was that I had chosen to stay, trying to give them a chance, missing the close times for all the food places nearby. Thank everything! That BJ's was still open, and we were able to eat. I had just finished a 12-hour shift and starving. So lazy dog can continue to be lazy, and they have lost my business forever. 10 to 1 that no one responds to this review, and they further prove my point and their business name.

The only reason we are giving five stars is because Daniel did absolutely amazing! He was taking care of the entire patio area by himself. He was very patient and kind with my elderly parents and grandmother. The quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. We used to come here all the time. We would even say that it was one of our favorite restaurants. However, timing of food and temperature of food has completely gone downhill. All burgers and fries were cold after waiting approx 35 min for rhe food. The fried chicken that my father ordered was the only item that was hot. Also, i asked the hostess that sat us if she would kindly wipe the table down as there was tons of crayon and sticky juice. She very rudely said we already have wiped it down. I let her know that I rubbed my finger across the crayon and it rubbed off when I wiped it. Needless to say, she never came back to clean the table. Like I said. Food temp needs some work. But, there is redemption. Redemption in the form of Daniel! He redeemed this bad experience with his excellent service. This young man needs a raise! We will try again and hope it will be better. If you go, definitely ask for Daniel as your server.

We visited as a family of four (with two kids under 5) and the experience was a disaster. We sat down at 1:20 PM, well after the lunch rush, yet the service was non-existent. As soon as we sat down, we were rushed to order immediately. Once the order was in, the service vanished. They brought the kids' food out first, but my wife and I didn't even receive our appetizers until 30 minutes after the kids started eating. The coordination was nonexistent. By 2:32 PM—over an hour and ten minutes since sitting down—my wife and I still had not received our entrees. Because the kids were restless and had been finished with their food for nearly an hour, we had to tell the staff to just pack our meals to-go. We didn't even leave the restaurant until 2:48 PM. There is no excuse for a kitchen to be this uncoordinated during a slow period. We came for a family lunch and ended up having to eat our "restaurant" meal out of containers at home. A complete waste of time and money—we won’t be back to this location.

The family meals are outstanding! We had a lunch planned with family and needed a family style serving, Lazy Dog was ideal ! We ordered the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and cooked spinach meal. In addition we added a side of the Tikka Masala Chicken meatballs and deviled eggs. Our guests loved the food and so did we! The portions were very generous, the food was hot and evident it was freshly made. We pre-ordered our food, upon arrival we parked and the meal was brought out to our car . This is keeper for future meals!
