I have few teeth left so it is easier to drink an Acai Primo Bowl than it is to eat it, also it's easier to drink and drive than eat and drive, and seeing I am always on the go, it makes more sense as well. Now, I have been going to Jamba to get my breakfast since January; this order exactly, everyday. I found all over So-Cal people understood and made it right, no confusion. I have found that here as well as a few other places around the southwest Bay Area have to have it spelled out to understand the order, and today I went in with rolls of coins which I roll up at the end of each month and spend them and this Jamba said they can't take change, even if it's all rolled up. I feel quite discriminated honestly seeing I live in a van and rarely get to shower, and I panhandle to live after 10 years of not being good enough for society to accept and employ. I will not be bringing business to this Jamba after this

The bowl was extremely watery and melted, nothing like the consistency pictured or what you’d expect from a smoothie bowl. The bananas and Nutella were just floating in liquid. For $12, I definitely expected much better quality and consistency. I ended up requesting a refund because the bowl simply wasn’t enjoyable as served. Hopefully the store can improve its preparation and quality control because this was a major miss. Whoever made this clearly doesn’t understand how to do their job.
