But when I when up to the counter and let them know they just gave me regular fries and I wanted to know if I could get my Cajun fries, they said they couldn’t take the fries back so no?….. I was like, but I paid for Cajun fries? And they handed me a little plastic cup with Cajun seasoning for me to sort it out. Like, was it not an option to make what I ordered? I’m happy to throw away the second regular fries to just prove a point that I’m not trying to get free fries…. Just what I paid for? I didn’t push it because the attitude of the folks working were rude. Idk, in all of my experience when an establishment gets my order wrong, they normally remake it. But maybe things have changed 🤷🏼♂️

The line was out the door and the place was packed, but the crew handled the rush like absolute pros. A special shout-out to the two girls working the ticket counter where the tickets came out. When I asked about the wait time, they were incredibly warm and polite, letting me know right away it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. Even with a massive crowd and constant pressure, they kept smiling and made every customer feel welcome. Huge props to the entire team working that shift—from the front counter to the grill. We all know how chaotic busy promo nights can be, but the service was fast, friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Outstanding work!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
