  First time trying El Pollo Loco. I ordered the Street Corn Burrito Bowl. I had not eaten anything before this, so I was starving. I was so disappointed. I was simply eating it because I was hungry, not because it tasted good. Also, I was waiting for a long time. Orders after me were called. I was about to ask about my order when a lady asked me for my order number and then she saw it wasn't worked on yet. So I guess they forgot about me, but glad someone recognized I was waiting a while. I'd give El Pollo Loco another shot with a different item before I decide if I'll never come back to one again.

  They surely went back to the old way if preparing their children with the juicy meat texture rather than the semi- dry version which was difficult to chew off from the chicken bones. The juicer chicken meat preserves the delicious spices El Pollo Loco is known for. Which is the most uni tasting fastfood chicken restaurant in the West. Keep it up El Pollo Loco 😜. You won me back!!

  I love El Pollo Loco, but this time I had a very bad experience. The service was bad. No one wanted to take my order. Instead they kept telling me to use the automated system. I know how to use the system, but the system doesn’t know how to take my specific special request. No one would listen as if nobody cares about customers anymore. As for the chicken itself, it tasted so bad that as I was biting into it, I felt like a mini chicken coop, smelling that awful smell. I ordered extra to take home with me, but I decided to just dump the whole thing it was that bad. What happened to the quality of our Loco chicken?!?
