Instead they kept telling me to use the automated system. I know how to use the system, but the system doesn’t know how to take my specific special request. No one would listen as if nobody cares about customers anymore. As for the chicken itself, it tasted so bad that as I was biting into it, I felt like a mini chicken coop, smelling that awful smell. I ordered extra to take home with me, but I decided to just dump the whole thing it was that bad. What happened to the quality of our Loco chicken?!?
