  Unfortunately, a scene was made through the drive thru at this establishment I usually don’t come here often but when I do I’ve always had a good experience, unfortunately today (Thursday)10th was extremely busy both indoor and drive thru about around 6:24 an altercation was made had happened in a customer had gotten out of the car and had started yelling and the drive thru workers while simultaneously blocking the already full drive thru threatening to call corporate and being alright rude, I had heard and seen everything go down right to the very ending the worker was very respectful to the very end even while being yelled at , look as I tell my own employees try not to argue and diffuse the situation and sympathize with the customer and jusy apologize this is not one of those moments, I really do hope that young man does not get punished otherwise it’s really disappointing from el pollo loco management, your supposed to support your workers and guide them in the right direction!! when Necessary this not of those times, I will be asking for that young man name next time I come visit I have job opportunities if he would be interested!

  I always buy pollo loco in this establishment.buy yesterday all chicken was unflavor.and as always the services ( workers very kind with customers.)

  Andrew has great customer service . man deserves a raise . He was so nice and helpful .was a fast and easy process .
