- MTMaria Anan TorrezMay 11, 20261.0I had a really bad experience with the cashier at drive through.The cashier gets the money with both hands and hands out the food without washing her hands. One time I told her that she was getting my food and touching the money, she got mad. That is annacceptable. Hopefully the manager or the owner see this information and pay more attention to his employees. The customers deserves to be treated more better.

It's a square meal, chicken, rice, beans, onions, tomatoes& cilantro with 3 different choices of salsa.(they will give you all 3 w/ bowl) I think it's great that they have something affordable yet healthy. I also get a $1.00 senior discount which makes it $5.00 . Total DEAL !! THANK YOU EL POLLO LOCO. I generally buy 2 bowls and give one to a homeless person. Feeling good that they are eating a square meal with a decent portion of veggies & protein!

The price tag was close to $15/ per, including tax and drink, and I stopped in here for lunch with an associate. We both enjoyed ourselves.
