The gentleman at the counter seemed much more interested in flirting with the girls behind me than actually helping the customer standing in front of him that already has paid. Customer service should come first. To make matters worse, the cold brew was easily the worst I've ever had. It tasted completely watered down, and nearly half the cup was just foam. Paying almost $9 for a small cold brew like that is unbelievable. For that price, I expect a quality drink, not a watered-down disappointment. Between the poor service and the terrible coffee, I won't be coming back. Dunkin needs to do better with both customer service and quality control. The only thing that tasted good was the donut...
