- EKEmily KayyJun 14, 20261.0Stopped by today thinking it was going to be quick visit, instead spent about 40 minutes waiting for my order. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts and 2 orders of munchkins. We spent about 20 minutes waiting for our drinks and the rest of the time waiting for the donuts. There were multiple people who ordered after us who left with their orders in hand before us. As someone who has spent many years working in the service and food industry, I understand that staffing issues happen, but that doesn’t excuse or justify the amount of rudeness that took place during our visit. The young lady with the dyed hair working the front had zero sense of urgency when it came to grabbing the donuts. When we asked about our donut order she simply said to give her a minute, then proceeded to stay in the back and send out a white older gentleman. The older gentleman was very rude and he was getting upset with another customer who was waiting for 30 minutes for a latte. When the other customer mentioned that he asked for his drink with no ice, the older gentleman decided to sit there and argue with the customer. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming atmosphere especially with the hostility coming from that gentleman.
