  Hands down, the best Chipotle in the world! The staff is absolutely incredible. They make you feel so welcomed, and like you’re at home when you are dining in the restaurant. The food is always fresh, the staff gives excellent portions, and they are always very kind to the customers. This Chipotle should be the gold standard for all chipotles across the country. I look forward to dining at Chipotle and am so happy and satisfied with the team that they have every day. Thank you Chipotle on Brokaw for everything!❤️

  Very small portion sizes compared to other Chipotle stores. My burrito was also wrapped very poorly and it unraveled as I opened the package.

  Yeah, go to the local taqueria instead. Unfortunately this is sins of the father sort of deal, but this location had the audacity to give me a dinky little burrito after paying $17 dollars (double meat chicken). The most expensive upscale taqueria I've ever been, their $17 standard burrito still had 25% more burrito than what Chipotle, with better meat selection. What actually sent me though is that when I brought my grievance to Chipotle, I got an AI response. So Chipotle offloads their customer service to an AI platform, which is less than useless, and effectively offering no recourse at the corporate level. Figuratively speaking, they basically stole $5 from me and gave me the middle-finger. Support local businesses, avoid Chipotle.

  Where do I begin? First off the box my quesadilla was in wasn't fully closed so I had to tear the bag to prevent my beans and salsa from spilling out. Then I found 3 separate hairs 1 in my beans & 2 in my rice. I'm not one to look for hairs but I found them as I was about to take a bite!! Gross!! I ordered a quesadilla. It didn't take long to come out but it was too salty. I have a high salt tolerance so if I notice it it must be a lot. The quesadilla wasn't folded properly which contributed more to my poor eating experience. I had to get a knife to cut it myself since it could hardly be considered edible since it was really hot, the 2 pieces weren't separating AND the beef was falling out as I tried to cut it. It's supposed to be cut when you receive it!! It came out quickly but that's about it. I decided to add this spot to my Google Maps list. Specifically the black list. This spot is convenient for lunch but I will NOT be returning here. The hygiene is clearly lacking and not a priority. We as customers deserve better!! Atmosphere mid. Service mid. Nothing special.
