- BBBrayan5 days ago1.0Order #325. Terrible experience at this location with new management. I got charged for 3 sides despite only getting two and the manager telling the cashier to charge us for 2. Manager or supervisor said that they had to charge me because I got rice and cheese and it was extra despite me hearing her say to charge for 2 sides. They offered refund and gave it to me. They chose to be petty and then Bianca came to my table after I sat down again and harassed me by demanding that I pay for one side of cheese because cheese was missing? She said she would be calling the cops too. What a joke honestly. These sort of people make the business look bad. I've worked in retail/food and have never attempted to threaten a customer and harass them. I didn't end up finishing my food and just left because of how hostile they were.
