  Honestly, a pretty disappointing experience. I had to wait around 15 minutes just to order, even though there was only one person ahead of me and at least four employees in the back. The place was messy, with food scattered all over the tables, and basic items like lids, straws, and napkins weren’t even restocked. The food itself was okay, but the overall service and cleanliness really brought the experience down. Definitely not the Chipotle experience I expected. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

  I’ve been here a handful of times and have only had one good experience. The service here is bad. Last time I came there was someone interviewing, another sweeping the floors and then someone refilling one of the trays. I was the only one waiting there and completely understand they needed to finish what they were doing but no one acknowledged me at all. When one of the workers came from the back to put in new rice he just looked at me then walked away. He came back in and out twice. After while I started to look around and the manager interviewing had to stop mid interview to tell someone to help me. Every other time I’m usually waiting because they don’t have enough people working or food. Portions are really inconsistent. I wasn’t going to write a review but went to a couple other locations in the area and had a way better experience

  This place is pretty terrible. Came in around 830pm. The line was long and they were going so slow. The area where they keep all the toppings looked a mess. Everything looked old and not appetizing. I tried the Pollo asado burrito from the scraps they had left in the bin and it was all pretty bland. Very disappointing. Had to use the bathroom an hour later after eating because it wasn't sitting right. I should have known not to order there. There was no structure or teamwork. Some guy was in the backroom just standing around watching the 2 girls in front struggle with the line. When he could have been helping with cleaning up the line or restocking the ingredients so they don't look a mess. Save yourself a stomach ache and go to taco bell or Castillos down the street your better off.

  Whoever manages this chipotle needs to do some serious reevaluating. Every time I walk in here I only see one person serving and running the register all by themselves. Meanwhile the line is always backed up all the way to the door. There needs to be a minimum of 2 people working the line at all times at the very least.

  Major staffing issues here - it’s been 40 minutes and I’m still waiting in line. I’ve never had such a slow experience at a Chipotle ever in my life, even in LA where the lines of people are possibly three or four times longer. They were always able to get through the line quicker, no matter the time of day. I’ve come twice to this Chipotle location. Last night for the first time ever, I actually walked out instead of waiting, because I was too hungry to wait. This time I’m also too hungry, but decided to wait anyway, because this is the closest Chipotle to my new house in San Jose. Needless to say, you may be losing a frequent Chipotle customer to other restaurants that provide faster, better service. Update: I left again because they told the customer in front of me that they are out of guac.
