- JYJong-kai Yang2 days ago5.0I ordered through the app without noticing it was ordered at the other branch some 50 miles away. 🤦 I waited for like 15 minutes after pick up time until the cashier lady pointed this out. The crew stepped in, make me the same thing WITHOUT making me pay again for the meal I already paid to the other branch. Really appreciate the compassion attitude and service. This is my favorite lunch place for real.

Very hesitant to let us use our points and was rushing, and rolling her eyes. She threw the queso cup at us and placed the bowl aggressively then shoved the items towards us. We asked how much the total was but she wasn’t doing her job, just giving us attitude. If chipotle doesn’t do something about this behavior we will be calling corporate. That is no way to serve a customer as a person who works in customer service
