She doesn't know how to respond respectfully. Food is another story. Corn that we got on a side was frozen and rice was undercooked. Never coming back to this location.

This Chipotle has been the worst quality in this area for years now unfortunately, and I've heard (possibly rumors) that it has a very low score when it gets inspected for food safety. This one had the e. coli outbreak too in the 2010s. It's unfortunate they've never improved and I'm not sure why other Chipotle's around here are so much better in terms of food quality compared to this one..
