Every single time I come through Chick-fil-A, they are so warm, friendly, and welcoming. These girls are literally the kick start of my day when I come for my iced coffee What impresses me the most is the fact that before I even get to the window, they already recognize me and know my order. That level of attentiveness says EVERYTHING about how much they care about their customers. It's such a small detail, but it makes people feel remembered and appreciated, and not everyone has that gift. No matter how early it is, they always have the sweetest attitudes, the biggest smiles, and the most positive energy. They make every visit feel personal instead of just another transaction, and honestly, they're a huge reason why I keep coming back to this location. To the manager: you are VERY, EXTREMELY lucky to have Diana and Destiny on your team. Employees like this are hard to find. Their professionalism, people skills, positivity, and consistency deserve real recognition. Honestly, these girls deserve raises, promotions, or management positions because they naturally know how to make customers feel valued and welcomed. Be aware, some kids have little to no supervision (especially the bigger kids), so it's worthwhile keeping a close eye on younger kids. I used my phone to order from my table, and the order was brought out when it was ready.
