Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) is just a great place to enjoy a sportsbar atmosphere, while having good food - sliders, wings, etc. - with a wide selection of beer and drinks. The environment mixes together a restaurant and a bar, and is family friendly. Not sure what more one can ask from this concoction, especially with reasonable prices.
First, you have to understand that this is not upscale dining or more above-average in premium scale like LazyDog. BWW is your every day eatery. And BWW does not pretend to be anything else. Just make sure your expectations are set right. This is not somewhere you would go to impress a date.
However, if you are with a bunch of friends, or with family, and you want some great food, good beer, and have a rowdy and gregarious time, look no further. The interior is a bit dark, but I guess you quickly get used to it. The ceilings are high and the interior is fresh in such a way that you do not get a musty aging sportsbar vibe. It is refreshing more than musty.
TVs are all over and most likely during big games, this place will absolutely turn rowdy with fans. And that is exactly what the place is going for. It was quite quiet when we were there due to the absence of games, but again, just a solid restaurant with friendly service.
I don't want to just write-off this BWW just because it is a widely known chain. This store deserves a vote of confidence and kudo points thrown at them. Would absolutely return, many times over.

We came in to watch the Final Four games expecting a fun, energetic atmosphere, but the experience ended up highlighting the inconsistent service others have mentioned.
Our first server, Ruby, was excellent. She was attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. When her shift ended, she let us know her replacement, Andrea, would be right over.
It took close to 20 minutes for Andrea to come by, and there was no greeting or sense of ownership of the table. After taking an initial order, there was little to no follow-up. From that point on, service was difficult to access.
Our food was delivered by someone else, but no one checked in. I ended up getting up to find basic items like salt, pepper, and ketchup. When we were ready to order another drink, we waited about 10 minutes but couldn’t locate our server.
I walked up to the bar, where there were only two guests seated, and was told in a dismissive way that they do not take walk-up orders and that I would need to go through my server, who was not available. The restaurant was only about half full.
Another server, Valerie, stepped in and was great. She was professional, apologetic, and made an effort to take care of us.
We also ordered a bottle of wine and were brought a partially empty bottle. We chose not to drink it, as we had no way of knowing how long it had been open or how it had been handled. A replacement was promised but never arrived, and the charge remained on the bill until we asked to have it removed.
When Andrea returned, we asked for the check. There was no acknowledgment of the experience or attempt to make things right.
While Ruby and Valerie stood out in a positive way, the overall experience points to a lack of management oversight and consistent training. There did not appear to be anyone actively supervising the floor or ensuring a consistent level of service.
We gave this location another try, but unfortunately won’t be back.
