In fact, we’ve enjoyed it so much that we’ve been here for the last three days! The food has been consistently extraordinary, but what truly makes the experience special is the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. Today, Emily was amazing—she anticipated everything we needed before we even had a chance to ask. That level of attentiveness and care really makes you feel special. I also can’t forget Ashley, who served us yesterday, Sunday the 30th. She was equally extraordinary, attentive, and wonderful! The food is delicious, but the people and the environment are what make the Nordstrom Bistro experience exceptional. I hope they don’t get tired of seeing me, because every time I come here, I leave completely satisfied and looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Emily, Ashley, and the entire Nordstrom Bistro team for making every visit such a wonderful experience. You truly know how to take care of your customers! ❤️
