There were six of us including two adults and four kids we got all single scoops and one kid wanted sprinkle on the side, but he added on top of the ice cream. I asked the worker if he can correct this, but he said it’s not his problem so one kid had to dump his ice cream in the trashcan. The worker was not friendly at all and when I mentioned about Tuesday deal, he said he doesn’t know how to apply it so I had to pay for a full price.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
