Then I got my ice cream with my friend and he asked me are you paying separately then I told him “Yeah” and then he asked me “What do you mean!” again and then I said I’ll pay for my waffle bowl and my friend would pay for his ice cream. And then the guy started complaining in his native language to his colleague. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had

And this has happened on more than one occasion. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but this location 10+ years ago used to feel generous and welcoming. Now it feels like they’re trying to cut corners wherever possible. Really sad because this place used to be such a fun treat growing up. I hope they change.

My family and I were served by this middle-aged Asian man and the serving he gave for a Large $10.99 cup was so small, you could fit the entire thing in a Kids cup. Usually, servers fill the entire cup, with no empty room left, and the ice cream would be mounting way above the cup. Here, we ordered 3 flavors, and you could see how much room left in the cup. We asked for 3 different flavors, but each flavor he served could be eaten in 2 bites. So not worth $11. I could see how this specific store has such bad reviews because of this particular male employee, and it explains as to why on a Sunday, the place is literally empty and why people never want to come back to this particular location.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
