I asked a question about a drink, and Amy at this location said “ I don’t know with an attitude and said the menu is up there with a look of annoyance on her face. I had also asked about taking the remaining unused soda from the fizz, and having the remainder they throw out from the blender put into a smaller cup. She said they don’t do either one, and that I could have ordered a bigger fizz if I wanted more. While this may be true her expression and attitude was unpleasant. She commented that no employee would ever do that when in fact she’s the first to ever say No she’s not gonna do it. I do typically order the large and today I only got a small but I often ask and the remaining soda and top off from the blender in a smaller cup, it has always been given by employees with a smile and a positive comment and attitude. I just moved over here to capital expressway and i definitely will only be going back to the east side or blossom hill location.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
