- MMMariamApr 15, 20261.0Your staff member Mathew has a huge attitude problem? I don’t know if he’s having a bad day but you need to retrain your staff in basic manners. Me and a friend walk in and ask for one pistachio sundae, and a cone with a single scoop of cherry jubilee, he rolls his eyes and asked “ which cone” we point it out and he says “ I can’t see what you’re pointing at” I straight out asked him if he can be kinder to his guests, he immediately became defensive and asked what he’s doing wrong. I asked for management and he said there’s no management on duty at the location. We cancel the scoop order and ask to pay out and he continues asking what’s wrong and visibly is getting frustrated and angrier. This is gross, there’s kids that come here, I don’t need an ego contest when I’m in a family friendly setting getting ice cream. Do better, the atmosphere is rough.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
