  I had a really good experience at Sonic Drive-In today. Gabi provided excellent customer service when I came through the drive-thru. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude and great energy. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and because of the way Gabi treated customers, I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

  This is the worst location, we have come multiple times and every time there is regret. It takes 30 mins to get food for a family of four. They always forget at least one item so we end up with cold fries and tots because they didn’t even make the burger. Way too expensive to for this poor experience.

  Martin is the best he works with you is very sweet and generous, very understanding, compassionate. He is the best. And if you ever want order exchange sweet drink, don't be scared to ask

  I waited 20 minutes for a Diet Coke with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not my first bad experience but this one really got me frustrated because any other sonic would bring out the soda and take the payment. It was not busy so they made a choice to not bring it out or move the car that took 20 minutes into a stall . There is a reason why this sonic has so many poor reviews. All of my previous experiences with this location took an abnormal amount of time, poor customer service when ordering more than a few things, never apologize for the wait.

  It’s ridiculous on how long they take. I would have understand if the store was busy or the drive thru busy but it wasn’t. I literally had to wait over 20 minutes for an order when the order was already done they only had to give it to me but took forever.
