  I ordered 4 burgers and they were all served to me at room temperature. The staff refused to do anything to remedy the situation, wouldn't remake the burgers, wouldn't refund me. I complained to the corporate customer service and all they did was give my account enough rewards points to buy 1 burger. Potentially unsafe food and poor customer service.

  Wow I had a bad experience here and it took forever for the food to be done, it was okay not very tasty and you have to ring a bell when you get there everything is hidden.They are really slow about getting orders out.

  I rarely write reviews.. only when very I’m passionate about a place and feel the need. Without fail, this Sonic consistently takes 15-30+ min to deliver your mobile order to you, even when there aren’t too many people waiting. And if there are a lot of people…. HA.. good luck. Every time we come here, my boyfriend asks, “why does your Sonic take forever??” Because he’s used to the fast service he receives at the Sonic by his house. I truly do feel the pain and stress of peak hours. But theres no reason I should be waiting for 10-15 min for 2 drinks with a couple other people in line or at the stalls. Respectfully, do better🤍 Sorry.. that was rude. Respectfully, *please* do better🤍

  was terrible took 30 minutes for my food to come and all i got was a shake would not recommend just get a McFlurry from mcdonalds
