  Sorry but this is crazy. Its been 40min waiting for 4 sonic blast and 1 cheese burger. I pressed the red button again and they thought that I was placing another order. We requested our money back.

  This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. They are losing so much money just based on how slow they are. They are competing with several other restaurants that are within eye shot and not performing well at all. There is no way this place is profitable. I guess I'll go to McDonald's, subway, Wendy's, or Golden Chopstick. Those are all restaurants you can see from the front of this Sonic location.

  I ordered 4 burgers and they were all served to me at room temperature. The staff refused to do anything to remedy the situation, wouldn't remake the burgers, wouldn't refund me. I complained to the corporate customer service and all they did was give my account enough rewards points to buy 1 burger. Potentially unsafe food and poor customer service.
