  Always use to eat at pollo loco at my old job since it was close by and the food was always good and healthier than other options I recently moved jobs so now anytime I crave pollo loco this is my local one I swear every time I go in they ALWAYS mess up my order I usually don’t mind since it’s minor stuff like they add salsa fresa when I said not too but this past weekend was the last string I ordered some Shredded chicken nachos no salsa fresa no beans extra guacamole which cost me another 1.30 when I got my food it was only beans and nacho chips unbelievable

  I think they give all leftover chickens to take out order the next day, people like me don’t open the package to check their food., Chicken was so dry worse than rubber , I got stomach ach and heartburn from very little chicken I ate….. Very disappointing, that is cheating, give the leftover foods to homelesses and do free food charity don’t give it to good paying customers, like me, well I am not going to go back there again 👎👎

  Taco Tuesday is my go to for lunch 2 for $5 chicken tacos is a great deal tbh considering the tacos are usually almost $4 each on a regular day I also use the app to accumulate points for future deals and discounts and it's one of the better apps as far as saving money to eat out is concerned Im also a fan of the flame grilled chicken family meals the 8 piece feeds our family of 4 easily but we go for the 12 usually to have extra chicken leftovers Especially combined with using the app Plus my toddler loves the chicken, Mac n cheese, mash potatoes and the salads so it's a win for the whole family
