I love this location and usually the workers are friendly but today was a weird experience. I ordered my food and for some reason there were items on the screen that I did not request. I was confused and let the girl taking my order know and she said it wasn't my order even though it was visibly there on the screen with all the other stuff I had ordered and the total. There was a car at the window and while serving them, she looked over at my car and looked at me giving me a stank look. When I got to the window, Raylene had a little bit of an attitude and her vibes felt toxic, the way she was looking at me was straight up ire. I understand you may be annoyed with the customer but you need to understand that I'm seeing stuff on the screen I did not order. Anyone is going to let you know that, common sense. Aside from that, one of the friendliest workers there treated me differently than usual. She is always bubbly, nice, empathetic but this time she just looked like she didn't want to deal with me. It's unfortunate that she let her coworker who was rude, get to her head. Regardless, I hope they have a better day.
I always have a great experience at this location. The employees provide excellent customer service and are consistently friendly, welcoming, and polite every time I go inside and through drive-thur. My order is always fresh, accurate, and served quickly. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, which keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, my experiences at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Sanderson in Hemet have been much different. On several visits, I felt that the customer service was poor, and I found some of the workers and managers to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Because of the consistent difference in service, quality, and overall experience, I strongly prefer this location over the Sanderson location.
Never going back again
Been to a few dunkin spots but this one by far was the worst

Jasmine was the sweetest person. I made a mistake yesterday & placed an order at the wrong location. I called and was told by Raylene to come in who was also very helpful, and jasmine was so attentive and has such a wonderful attitude. I was so pleased I even purchased my own Dunkin 24oz cup. 100/100 Recommend!

So the cherry drinks have been out for a bit. Except still cant mobile order them here. Everytime there are new drinks they never actually put them on the app for this store. So due to all the new items not on the menu for mobile order I cant order them here. And tired of having to say something aboht new items not benok mobile order. So I'll contact to give my business with new drinks everytime they come out to the Sanderson dunkin since I can mobile order there and not here with new drinks. I'll just come for the basic drinks here
