  Well done wings. Great service. A few tables were not cleared but the restaurant was still generally clean.

  Quite possibly the worst Wingstop location I have ever visited. The fries are not crispy, they are limp. I received small chicken pieces instead of actual chicken tenders. And my wet rub turned out dry, with zero flavor to accompany it. The service/workers were also very slow. If I could give it zero stars I would. But I'm required to give it at least 1star to post a review.

  My first time coming here was a horrible experience. I had to ask the staff to take my order back and prepare a completely new batch of chicken. When I pulled the skin off the chicken, I showed the employee that the chicken did not appear to be properly cooked. You could still see what looked like an open hole in the chicken, similar to the appearance of raw chicken. When I brought this to her attention, instead of addressing my concern professionally, she appeared to become irritated and gave me an attitude. They prepared another batch, but unfortunately, the second order looked very similar to the first. When you operate a restaurant that serves chicken, properly cooking the food should be one of the most important priorities. Undercooked chicken can pose serious food-safety risks. Later that night, I started feeling sick and initially thought I might be coming down with the flu. I took some NyQuil because I thought I was getting sick. The next morning around 10 AM, I noticed that I was experiencing significant stomach discomfort and bloating and still wasn't feeling well. By around 1 PM, my symptoms became much worse, and I was repeatedly having to use the bathroom from that point through the following day. I cannot say for certain what caused my symptoms, but the timing of everything was extremely concerning, especially after I had already raised concerns about the chicken not appearing fully cooked. Restaurants serving chicken have a responsibility to make sure the food is properly prepared and safe for customers to consume. People trust restaurants with their health and safety, and this experience was unacceptable.

  Made a online order. And whoever put my order together doesn’t know how to read. Ordered all drums and received all flats. So instead of having wings with my pizza tonight I have to go back for a refund 🫠 I was told I can’t get a refund over the phone to bring the chicken back. It’s a real inconvenience especially when you have to pay extra for all drums.
