  Had such a great night at Tratto! We ended up sitting at the bar and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Patricia and Arthur were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to without ever making the service feel forced. What really stood out was the hospitality. Patricia and Arthur made us feel completely taken care of from the moment we sat down. Great drinks, great energy, and stellar service. Definitely adding Tratto to the list of places we’ll come back to in San Francisco.

  We had such a lovely dinner at Tratto San Francisco! No date night is complete without classic Italian favorites and a low-lit, intimate atmosphere, and Tratto was the perfect spot for both. 🇮🇹✨ Located near Union Square, it’s an ideal stop after a day of shopping and exploring the city. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and we loved that the menu is thoughtfully curated with dishes that are perfect for sharing, so we could try a little bit of everything. We started with the Bruschetta, Arancini, and Kale Salad, followed by the Gnocchi al Pesto, Risotto, and Pollo Toscano. Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. Of course, we couldn’t pass up dessert and ended the evening with both the Tiramisu and Italian Donuts — definitely worth saving room for! Overall, Tratto is a great choice for a date night, special occasion, or simply a delicious Italian dinner in the city. We loved every bite and would definitely come back!

  Wirklich nettes Ambiente und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Wir haben hier mehrfach Kleinigkeiten Abends gegessen - der Ceasers ist sehr zu empfehlen. Morgends gibt es hier auch für Nichthotelgäste a la carte Frühstück.

  Went to this restaurant for pre-dinner drinks... found the service very average. On ordering just 3 drinks for myself and my wife we were presented with a bill that had 20% automatic gratuity added.. and when presented with the bill the additional option to tip still further for absolute no service.. I am happy to pay a tip and have done throughout my stay in San Francisco, but automatic service charge despite whatever service you have is disgusting.. Discussed with Manager there and he refused to even discuss and was very unhelpful...would not recommend this overpriced and poor service establishment to anyone..
