Perfect spot for a celebration! I’ve been to the one in Stanford and I would say this one is better. Not much around the restaurant if you are looking for pre-or-post drinks. But the restaurant itself is worth every cent.

Visited her back in September of last year after my brother got married. Best Wagyu Steak i have ever had, the way it just melted in my mouth, the flavors were immaculate. Their Caesar salad was also super delicious, i am planning of coming back soon...Especially for that wagyu steak

Vegans beware. They lack of customization and options for plant based diets. You’ll only have plain salads and sides. They offered French fries, or a baked potato with chives and olive oil. Vegans only have sorbet for dessert. Totally unexpected for a nice place in San Francisco. Those thinking of a large group of friends will disappoint those who eat plant based. I write this really hoping their management and chefs consider some protein laden mains for diverse diners. That being said the servers were caring and tried their best, and the ambience is great. I would totally return if they update their menu to something more inclusive.

Went in expecting a solid dinner and left thinking about it for days. The branzino was the star — perfectly crisp skin, flaky and moist all the way through, clearly cooked with real attention (whole fish is so easy to overdo, and this was flawless). The steak frites right alongside it was just as dialed in: a beautiful crust, cooked exactly to temp, juices still there, and the frites crispy on the outside and soft inside — no soggy fries here.
But honestly, the food was only half the night. Jordan, who took care of us, was out of this world. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time and thanks to him. He was a warm, attentive without hovering, knew the menu inside and out, and just made the whole meal feel effortless. The kind of service that turns a good dinner into a great one. Definitely made my mother’s birthday a memorable one to say the least.
Food: 10/10. Service: even higher, thanks to Jordan. Coming from Miami and this service is what’s needed over there. Can’t wait to go back.
