  First of all, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, AND IF YOU HAVE, I AM SO SORRY YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH THAT. Second of all, I've never had a CRUNCHWRAP that didn't CRUNCH. I ordered this trash from GrubHub and it was SUPPOSED to come from 3rd St. Surprise, surprise, they sent me the order from THIS place. So, when it arrived, I went downstairs to retrieve my order from my driver who oddly gave me a grim look like he knew something. The food didn't even feel hot. So when I went upstairs to eat, there was NO freaking sauce even though I ordered Fire Sauce, the Crunch wrap was soggy as heck, because the Crunch Chip was soggier than a WET TOWEL. The soft taco was skimpy. The bean burrito was meant to be a supreme, but it wasn't. There were NO CHIPS. AT. ALL. WHATSOEVER. No utensils. I hate this. It was nasty and substandard. Be warned...

  If you're ordering Taco Bell and you see this address -- 90 Charter Oak -- run far, far away. This is depressingly one of only two San Francisco "Taco Bell" locations on the delivery apps that update their menu to match new releases. All the others offer just the Taco Bell basics. BUT, whatever you do, just never order from here. Always pick the one I believe on Third if you want the new stuff -- it's an actual Taco Bell. This is a ghost kitchen with little to no actual Taco Bell training, pumping out all sorts of different stuff from different brands with zero care or brand awareness. 100% of my orders from this location have been wrong. The most recent order was missing two items completely and then they swapped out the meat on two other items (but in such a way that they clearly weren't just "out" of what I ordered because I still got it on some other stuff). You can also expect a cold delivery anytime you order from this spot because the delivery drivers will wait for many orders to pile up from the multiple options in here and then batch them -- the parking lot is absolutely packed and the drivers spend so long here there are literally people selling them snacks out of the back of their vehicles / trucks in the parking lot. I also did a pick up from here once just to see it (hence my awareness of the delivery driver situation) and it's extremely sketchy and didn't feel very clean.

  Submitted an order via doordash for 4 crunchy tacos with no cheese. Not only did they mess up my order (received 4 taco with cheese) but the taco themselves arrived soggy and barely held together.
