- GGGodzillaSFAug 22, 20265.0I am giving this Safeway a solid 5 stars — it is mostly clean, well stocked and organized/merchandised, and tucked away in Inner Richmond right near GG Park — good for locals for good basic + grocery sustenance, and anyone who is heading to the park — I will be honest, this spot turned my thinking on Safeway around, and it has become regular rotation when not going to more-distant Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s

Asking basic questions is met with anger and hostility. The bigoted and aggressive "security" will follow certain people around the store the entire time they are shopping. The supposed store director, Henry, refuses to answer complaints or return calls. The contact us on the website has been equally as useless.

I’m tried to call customer service to double check with cashiers Priscilla. But they liar to tell me Priscilla put 5 case of beef , I’m offer camera check, and then they tell me come back with my receipt will return my lost. But when my husband and my in the store they liar’s again, they the camera checked my husband put 5 case of beef. My husband want they show up the camera because he just but 4 case of beef and 1 case of bacon for sure. But they refused to resolve our problem. I think the suppervisor should keep the eyes on the employees to maintain the store
