Francisco was stocking shelves when I asked him if he’d seen my grocery list that I had dropped somewhere in the store. He was super pleasant and offered to help me find it. Seeing that he was busy, I declined his offer and went on to retrace my steps. Several minutes later, here comes Francisco with my lost list! He searched for my list and for me to return the list. What a wonderful approach to customer service!
