Spoke to two customer service people and was told to wait, and still no one is here. Edit: Ended up being 30 minutes of wasted time and then I just had to leave Worst management ever.

They also close relatively early, and self-check out even earlier for some reason, so everyone in the store after ~8:30 has to wait for two check out lines.

Delay and Negligence: I arrived for an online pickup and checked in promptly. Despite being assigned to the order, I waited for 20 minutes while other drivers who arrived after me were served. The employee assigned to my order was absent from the floor for the duration of my wait. 2. Lack of Communication: When the employee returned, he offered no explanation for the delay and ignored my professional inquiry regarding why the order hadn't been handed off to another staff member. 3. Harassment and Misidentification: A manager intervened and falsely claimed I was operating a motorcycle. I explicitly stated and showed that I have a car and had already scanned the items into my system. 4. Threats and Hostility: Instead of resolving the misunderstanding, the manager threatened to block my account and stated he would have security "drag me out" of the shopping center. This escalated a professional interaction into a scene of public humiliation and harassment. Requested Resolution I am an active driver in good standing, and I take my responsibilities seriously. I am requesting the following: • A formal review of the store’s CCTV footage to verify my wait time and the manager’s conduct. • Assurance that my Uber account will not be penalized or blocked due to the false claims made by this store manager. • Documentation of this complaint to prevent future harassment at this location.
