They never honor their gift card pricing guarantee unless you insist on it, and today I was literally waiting in line for customer service and someone walked over and said “oh it’s closed” and turned the lights off. At 315p on a Sunday. Last time I waited for 15 min at the service desk before someone came to help. It’s incredibly frustrating to have this happen over and over. Fix your shit, Safeway.

Every single time I place a delivery order something(s) missing and I mean every single time. They are good about refunding you but what happened if you really needed that item for dinner? Sandra, who works Monday through Saturday mornings it seems, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For months, I have endured her snapping, eye-rolling, and open mockery. She recently insulted me for ordering ice, stating the company doesn't make money off me, completely ignoring that my complimentary ice is part of my massive daily grocery receipts at Safeway. Her attitude is completely unprofessional—she often sits behind the counter on her phone and acts angry when forced to take an order. I have reached out to management multiple times and they have yet to look into it. While the rest of the Starbucks staff, and especially the team at Safeway is wonderful, Sandra makes this location unbearable.
