    As soon as we arrive the host that also is a server Alex was so mind, rude and impolite, I’m pregnant and she didn’t let me sit down, until 1 of my party of 7 arrives, my dad was parking the car and was 2 min behind us; we are traveling and celebrating my brother graduation, and become a hard time for all, the restaurant was empty, not as fancy restaurant which need a long waiting time, also I request to talk with the manager which she denied, food can be good but service will be always a reason to come back, definitely just for the way she received us, we won’t come back.

    Extraordinary flavors! Beautiful presentation and superb service. Casual vibe but elegant food. Very good pricing makes this hard to beat. Go!

    Ramen was good. However, I ordered the mushroom ramen and asked if I can switch to pork broth rather than veggy broth. Wait or said sure and then charged me $3 without warning me. It was a hassle.

    We are regulars here and always enjoy the food/have enjoyed coming here. Today had an unfortunate experience with service though - we were seated quickly at a table that was very close to the next full table, so we scooted our table a bit further away for more room. The server immediately pushed us back though, saying that they were expecting another reservation at the empty table we were inching towards. That’s fine, but his manner was a bit abrupt/disciplinary with not much consideration for our comfort. Then when he brought the ramen, he kind of just dropped it on the table which also took us aback. He then disappeared for the rest of our meal until we waved him down for the check. Overall all minor things, but accumulated over the night they brought down the vibe of the meal. We aren’t expecting much from service and still tipped him, but when self service would be a better alternative, hope that the next experience will be better if we return.

    I am really disappointed in Ramenwell, and after tonight’s experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning. I used to absolutely LOVE this place and have been a loyal customer for a long time. But after tonight’s dinner, I’ll never come here again. So sad because I really did love this place. Tonight for an appetizer, I ordered the dumplings (which I always get when I come here, so I’m very familiar with the flavor and texture). When the dumplings arrived, I ate one and noticed the texture seemed off. I didn’t think much of it at first, but then I cut another one open just to see and discovered the filling was completely undercooked - both the pork and shrimp were completely raw! The dumplings were not cooked at all. I’m talking raw shrimp and raw pork - we all know what that looks like! The texture on the inside was more soupy vs having the firmness these dumplings normally have/ should have. Soooo gross! I have no idea how this was considered acceptable to serve from the kitchen. And worse, I can’t believe I ate a whole one 🤮. We told the manager, who looked at the dumplings and they agreed that the dumplings were not cooked through/the meat was raw. And without me naming it, they said themselves how the shrimp should not be “gray” and instead “pink”. They were apologetic and offered to remake the order, which I appreciated. However, the experience was very upsetting, especially since I am currently pregnant. This experience made me feel very unsafe about the food I was served.
