  After reading the reviews apparently this is not the first time Extremely disappointing experience — especially with the manager I have been to this Italian restaurant before and generally wanted to give it another chance, but this experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I waited for around 10 minutes at the entrance and nobody came to greet or seat me. There were plenty of empty tables, so I eventually went to the bathroom and came back, and still nobody had approached me. A little later, the manager came over while I was on the phone and interrupted my call, asking, “Do you want to order? Are you having dinner?” I told him I was going to have lunch and simply asked him to give me a moment because I was finishing my call. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me that nobody had taken me to a table and that I should have waited. I explained that I had already been waiting for approximately 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Once I finished my call, I politely told him that I felt his attitude toward me was rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, he talked over me, became even more confrontational, and eventually said, “You know what? I will not take your order.” The attitude was honestly shocking. He behaved as though he personally owned the restaurant and could simply decide whether a customer deserved to be served. Whatever position someone holds, basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable, especially for a manager dealing directly with customers. Unfortunately, this also adds to my concerns about the overall service culture at this restaurant. I have encountered rude behavior from multiple members of the team, and this experience made me question whether management is actually addressing it. I will be escalating this experience to the regional management because the behavior I experienced was completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. I hope they take the complaint seriously and review how customers are being treated.

  We stopped at Pescatore for dinner after a long travel day, and overall it was a solid experience! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was good. Nothing blew us away, but everything was fine and it was an easy, convenient spot for dinner. No complaints, just not a particularly memorable meal for us.

  Good food, good service but practically sitting with strangers because the tables are so close. Could hear more of the woman on my left than my friend infront of me. Prices aren't ideal either. Chicken sandwich was good.

  The place was nice little quiet place. Not a lot of food options but still delicious. Services was great.

  Le restaurant a une jolie décoration et une ambiance calme et reposante. J'ai mangé des fettucine aux fruits de mer qui étaient très bonnes et bien garnies sans être en quantité excessive. En revanche, le diet coke que l'on m'a servi dans un minuscule verre était très fortement dilué dans des glaçons au goût chloré... De plus, le moelleux au chocolat que j'ai commandé en dessert était sans intérêt.
