- HMHassan MuhannaJul 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. I ordered a Philly Steak sandwich, paid in full with tip, and waited about 10 minutes. The sandwich was inedible—the bread was extremely hard, the steak was burnt on the outside but raw and cold inside, and the ingredients were poorly assembled with no cheese at all. This reflects very poor quality control and food handling. I also lost my lunch break because of this. Would not recommend

I don't like ordering from other pizza restaurants that I've never heard of and that are overpriced so I usually just stick with pizza chains. I wanted to try Papa John's because they don't add milk to their dough. I paid $32 for a medium pizza with barely any toppings!!! OUTRAGEOUS PRICE GOUGING!! I paid $2 extra for artichoke hearts and $2 extra for mushrooms and there's barely anything but cheese and sauce on the pizza!!! Plus they charged me bag fees!! What bags? This isn't a grocery store it's a pizza place!!! You get your pizza and that's it!!! Super shady!! Thank God DoorDash gave me a $14 credit. NEVER again!!!
