- TSTimothy Soehnlin6 days ago5.0What an amazing bagel shop. I consider myself something of a connoisseur, and this was fantastic. The shmear and the bacon egg and cheese were wonderful. The bagels aren't as thick as normal NY bagels, so if recommend two eggs if you want a more substantial meal.

The bagel had almost no salmon, just a small pinch in one corner only, the premium spread was watery, and the bagel was deflated and flat. I would check the order was made right before you leave. *also the bagel was not toasted.

It was not busy at all with maybe five customers and probably six or seven Noah’s workers. The service was very slow. When I finally got to order, I was in a hurry and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I got my bagel quickly and left. When I opened my bag, the bagel looked like it was run over by a truck. As bad, it tasted more like a supermarket bagel. If I had not been really hungry, I would have thrown it out. What happened to Noah’s?

They also showed rude and disrespectful behavior toward customers and did not prepare orders on time. I believe the restaurant should improve its customer service, communication, and order preparation process to provide a better experience for customers.
