- EAEllen AddomsMay 4, 20261.0Thought we would go out to a fancy dinner downtown. The staff were great. They even asked if we had any food allergies. My husband told them about his fish and seafood allergies, so we thought everything would be fine. He ordered pasta, which was good. My meal was fine too. Unfortunately, my husband was violently sick in the middle of the night, which happens when he eats something with fish or seafood in it. I don't know where the breakdown in communication happened--the waitress and the other staff we talked with were very nice and helpful. But somehow the information didn't make it to the kitchen, or someone in the kitchen didn't understand. We really expected better from a restaurant like this. Especially since they asked specifically about food allergies before we were even shown to the table!

The burrata salad was really good and so was the pan seared halibut. For the dessert, they accommodated my request to provide a bowl of fruit instead of traditional sugary dessert. The crowd seemed mostly upscale. Great views of the city of you get a table near the windows or facing the windows.

The bartenders are very friendly and efficient. I had the salmon crudo that had both citrus and savory accents along with the perfectly seasoned crab cakes. I love the fact that they serve little bar snacks with your cocktail. Very classic and appreciated.
