  There were homeless people using drugs and panhandling for money IN THE STORE. The staff prioritize white people and Spanish speakers for orders. I'm filipino and a few other black people and I had to wait 10 to 20 min for our orders of just a sandwich while spanish speakers and some white people ordered on the spot and got their items almost immediately.

  Came here at 12:07 AM. Was closed despite official schedule is till 01:00 AM. Booooo 👎🏻 P.S. Don’t try to appeal to your website. Google Maps shows till 01:00 AM. Still booooo.

  Horrible SJT Holding Inc McDonald's franchisee location at 609 Market Street San Francisco. Panhandling drug addict people allowed inside restaurant to accost all paying customers. Leaning on the kiosks in-between begging activities.Overall front of house cleanliness is terrible for every surface. No tables, chairs , or counter space. So no dining in. No receipts at either the Kiosks or the Card Machines. Soda mixture for Dr Pepper is wrong. Fries were held over much too long. Hamburger meat much too dried out. Hot apple pie was very dried out! Portable card reader machine had card reader slot flap that was cracked and flapping loose. Hard to read any payment card. Waste bins stuffed full. Menu monitor is broken and unreadable. No paper in kiosks or portable card reader so no receipts. The experience overall is terrible. Eat elsewhere if you can.

  One of the absolute worst McDonald's in San Francisco. The wait time are always extremely long, oftentimes the food is cold by the time you get it, the kiosks are well known for not printing your receipts, and there's NEVER a cashier at the register. Customers always have to yell to the back to get employees attention in order to complete any purchase not paid with card/made on the kiosks. The only good thing I can say is this location accepts EBT.
