  Joe was amazing! Great service, delicious food, and he made my birthday dinner at Mastro’s even more special. Everything was perfect and we had such a great time. Definitely coming back!

  Reserved the Mother's Day Brunch and the selection was impressive! My favorite item - their Seafood Tower - was stocked well with King crab claws, several varietals of oysters, jumbo cooked prawns, and the delicious in house sauces! Hot carving station featured a delicious ham and NY prime roast along with various breakfast classics like Mastro's Belgian Waffle and eggs. The buffet price includes a complimentary glass of Champagne, Mimosa, Peach Bellini or thevBloody Mary! I ordered a Peach Bellini with their in house made peach puree was spot on. Lilly was our server and is just a joy. She was very attentive and thoughtful. Natalie was entertaining guests with her beautiful voice, singing R&B, a little Billie Eilish, and Nora Joan's just to name a few. Her style and music choices fit the bill perfectly. Our visit was memorable and we will definately be back soon!

  Our food was amazing, but the service is what really drove it home. Lily was a fantastic server, she was incredibly helpful while we were selecting a bottle, gave great food and appetizer recommendations, and was overall very attentive and a great conversationalist. The food was amazing as always and the staff always made sure we had our table cleared and boxed our leftovers. One of the few fine dining restaurants I can consistently rely on to be 100% worth the bill. (You absolutely have to try their butter cake, it's amazing.)

  Truly one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had. Meat was not cooked properly, and the staff was sarcastic and rude when I brought up some issues with our bill. Sincerely, Disappointed

  We were visiting from Miami, FL and had such a great experience at Mastro’s SF. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was excellent…fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared and the service was impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. What truly made our visit stand out was our server, Alladin. He was the epitome of great service…attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His positive attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing top-notch service. As an added bonus, there was live music that was soft and enjoyable, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and fully enjoy the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area!
