  First time here. All of the food was good. Good service. I was a bit thrown off by the loud music . The music was almost loud as a club. The atmosphere was nice besides that. I'd come back if the music was lowered with a different type of music possibly .

  Beautiful way to spend your evening. Our server Casey was absolutely fantastic! The whole team made us feel very special. The whole atmosphere is very upscale and they make the experience very special if you are celebrating! Shoutout to Casey for making our engagement dinner memorable!

  Mastro’s San Francisco was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was upscale, lively, and perfect for celebrating a special occasion without feeling overly stuffy. The seafood was definitely the highlight for me. Everything came out fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We had several seafood dishes throughout the night, including oysters, shrimp, and a crab cake, and everything was cooked really well. The sauces and accompaniments were also excellent, and the portions were generous. The service made the night even better. Everyone was attentive and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary champagne—it was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made the evening feel special. They also brought out a beautifully presented birthday dessert with “Happy Birthday” written across the plate, which was such a nice way to end dinner. Mastro’s is definitely on the pricier side, but for the quality of the food, service, atmosphere, and overall experience, it felt appropriate for a celebration or special night out. I would absolutely return when I’m back in San Francisco.

  The entire staff was outstanding as were the cocktails, bread basket, 8 ounce Filet Magnon, chicken, and desserts. Sergio was a most attentive waiter and my celebration was spectacular. My only complaint and the single star was for Atmosphere. If you have a Business Casual dress code then enforce it. T shirts, jeans, casual clothes certainly are not Business Casual and ruin the experience for others expecting this level of dress.r Also when a middle table of 8 guests become so loud to infringe on the ambiance for others, the manager should step in and tell the table to respect other patron’s tables.
