My husband and I came her for a quick bite after not being able to choose where to ear. This was a big win! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are super friendly and orders came out faster than we anticipated.
I got the Yuzu zen, a citrus veg option. It was amazing! The citrus was offset by the salty seaweed paired with the tofu cake which was sweet. It was exactly as the name described, citrus zen.
My husband got the spicy miso butter corn because he's a huge fan of corn. The pairing of the broth with the sweetness of the corn and spiciness were a perfect combination.

I have been coming to this restaurant when it was a different name and different owner, ever since when I am in San Francisco (I am from London/UK)
Now it's a ramen place. Food is good and service is fine but one of the waitress is outstanding her name is PALOMA
She is very attentive, welcoming, friendly and professional. Well done PALOMA and keep up with the good work.
Food is always five star whether dine in or take out! I work in downtown SF & I will either dine in with my co workers or order take out to bring and share for dinner with my Mom!
The staff are friendly, polite and always welcoming! Today, Paloma helped me with my take out order. She is genuinely attentive, making sure that my order is being taken cared of and updating me of the wait time.

We were in SF for a conference in Union Square and decided to get lunch somewhere close to our hotel the last day. We went to Hinodeya Ramen, and so glad we did. Best shishito peppers I’ve ever had. Two of us had the House Ramen, one person had the Hamaguri Ramen, and one had the Yuzu Zen Ramen. The consensus was it was among the best ramen all of us have ever had. The place was very busy (a good sign) but we got a table in a couple of minutes. Our server, Paloma, was friendly and efficient, and we were in and out in under an hour. Prices were also a benefit for being right downtown, as most places charge an arm and a leg. Can’t say enough good things about this spot.
We visit here as it is open late, close to various hotel and had a good rating.
It has long opening hours, and it is convenient based on the location. Overall, it feels like a tourist/convenience trap based on our experience where options just a few blocks away is superior value, service and food.
This was one of the worst experiences we had in San Francisco, the items are priced fairly high compared to others just one to two blocks away.
The food was average at best and can dip into the mediocre side of things depending on what you order. One of the ramen we ordered was ok, the other was saltier than it should be.
Service is deserving of zero if that’s an option. We asked if the egg could be fully cooked for one of meals, or we can skip it, what was served wasn’t fully cooked so the guy clearly didn’t understand. Perhaps our Australian accent isn’t what they are used so let’s give him the benefit of the doubt. When we were getting the check, a different staff member just slammed the POS machine down and walked away, this was the rudest ever and the low service rating is single handedly due to him. The place was absolutely not deserving of any tips based on this and I regret tipping at all given his behaviour.
