  Paloma was so sweet! We were having a hard time with our one year old during lunch and she did everything to keep her entertained! We have chicken ramen and fried chicken and it was the absolute best! Can’t wait for our next trip to SF to visit again! We’ll be back! P.S. Very clean!

  Ramen is good. Staff is nice but definitely needs to be trained or act smarter. I ordered a bottle of a sparkling plum wine and since I don't drink much I wanted to take a half of it home. First, a server just left the bottle unopened in front of me and I had to open it and poor the wine myself. That was a questionable behavior. Also, I couldn't take it home because a server just took the cover cup away and when I asked them to get me one they couldn't because it was already trashed and they didn't have a spare one. They ended up bringing me the rest of my wine a coffee to go mug. For a sparkling wine. 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️ Also I'm not happy with the tips calculation there. They ask you to pay mandatory 5% on top of your bill for employees benefits AND ask for minimum of 20% tips. Guys, be reasonable. I got that the tax might be mandatory but if you do this, tips should start with 15% max. 25% of minimun tips where I have to open my bottle and poor the wine myself is not ok by any means

  Let me start by saying that Paloma is a rock star and made the whole experience so much better. She is polite, kind, and an incredibly hard-working person. The food was excellent, and the lunch boxes were an amazing deal. I absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend it!

  I would not recommend eating here. Quality of ramen was not good, and not flavorful with oversalted chicken and broth. The food was brought out so fast and ingredients just didn't taste fresh. The iced matcha I ordered was watered down and flavorless. All the food felt like it had no substance. In addition, the bathroom was gross and filthy, which is not a good sign for a restaurant. Highly recommend you eat somewhere else. I felt like I overpaid fo not so good food.

  This is a ramen chain and they are in multiple location in San Francisco and they open until very late and some location at 3am. Eventhough we visited Chinatown often, I never pay attention as it is considered ou the outside of Chinatown. We visited this one when we tried to find dinner place around China town. We are on the way back and saw this and decided to give it a try. The exterior and interior were nicely decorated you will be greeted with rhe traditional drum when you got your table. There are plenty item to choose from the menu , from appetizers, ramen, bento combination and alcohol drink. We chose the hinodeya ramen and gyu don with mini ramen. For mini ramen we chose spicy miso. Our order was ready pretty quickly. It was still hot. The ramen noodle is the thick and chewy which I love. The soup for house ramen hinodeya was yummy and umami eventhough a bit salty. The topping is good. I love the charsiu and the bamboo shoot doesn't smell. If you love garlic, you must add the fried garli which is available on the table beside the red chili powder. The spicy miso ramen soup is also yummy. I also love the gyu-don. It is yummy. The ticd though , the portion is a bit a lot for us. We ended up only finished less than half of the rice. The price is reasonable and somecare quite high. It was a nice late dinner.
