This was the first Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to that didn’t have freshly grated cheese—instead, they brought out the supermarket pre-grated kind. The whole place felt pretty lousy, and unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to what I’d expect from an Italian restaurant.

The atmosphere is lively but still relaxed, making it a great place to hang out with friends or coworkers after work. It does get pretty busy, so I’d recommend making a reservation if you can. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth checking out, especially during happy hour. I’d happily come back!

- DDDanielleAug 27, 20263.0I'll start by saying I only got a drink, an app, and a salad, so my review of food is based off of that. It looks like they're more known for pizza and pasta. First, I got the watermelon mocktail because it was a house made puree. When I sipped it, it tasted like the watermelon turned and wasn't fresh. I don't know if it's because it's mixed with lemonade but either way, fresh watermelon juice doesn't stay very long and it tasted like it's been there for a while. Then, I got the octopus and gem salad. The avocado dressing tasted like an old banana smells. It tasted like when an avocado is almost about to turn, and does slightly, but you eat it anyway because they're expensive. The octopus was ok. It was slightly overcooked and under seasoned. Overall I was pretty bummed and underwhelmed by the food. The saving grace was the staff -- they were so friendly and personable. The bartender had no problem switching my drink and the service was great. A couple got a pizza next to me which looked amazing, however after my first impression of things not tasting fresh I don't know if I'll be back to try it.
