If I could give negative stars I would. Order delivered to wrong place and when I callled to figure it out the guy was a jerk.

Ordered a Hawaiian with onions and it was absolutely disgusting. Why? Cheap cheap ingredients, you can tell the pineapple is from a can, they did not use a fresh pineapple. Who knows what quality of onion was used. And the ham was worse than your lunch meat from Walmart. I will never go to dominos again, it’s really bad pizza and not even cheap, after delivery and taxes and tip and soda, it’s close to $30. Costco 10 dollar pizza is way better and I know frozen pizza that is better than what they serve here. Dominos only cares about their stock price, they never care about quality.

My husband is recuperating from eye surgery. He wanted Domino's plain cheese pizza reminiscent of his youth. He ordered it over the phone. I picked it up within 10 minutes. I asked him how it was. He said, "I don't think they can't screw it up". He's happy, so I'm happy. Thanks Dominos

Short Version: It’s clear this store intentionally marks deliveries early and then blatantly lies when you call them out about it. My experience matches other reviews. Long Version: I’ve generally had a good experience here until recently. They marked my order as delivered but it didn’t arrive. So I call because that’s the only customer support option. I wait on the phone for 15 minutes and no one picks up. So I go to the store and right when I get there I find out my order finally gets delivered. I’m frustrated at this point so I explain the issue to the supervisor, Asim, and ask for a refund for the delivery. I think that’s fair. Well Asim is first is like “well it was delivered so what’s the problem?” He’s trying to ignore the actual issue. Then further questions and explanations and all I get are made up excuses. “I can’t give refunds.” “Our phone number goes to a call center” when asked why they didn’t pick up. Later that becomes “because I’m on the phone with the driver.” It’s obvious no one’s answering phone calls. On asking why his driver is marking things arrived he’s like “we’re busy, sometimes the software does that.” Nope, not how that works. I ask what do I do if my order doesn’t arrive and he pretends he doesn’t understand the question. Then on repeat he says I should just call them. Which goes to me asking again why they aren’t answering the phone. He often tries to act like I’m the one overreacting when it’s clear he’s just trying to make excuses and is intentionally being difficult. I am reminded how garbage and lazy customer service has become. If someone just answered the phone I wouldn’t have been mad because I could’ve understood what happened. Instead I have to come down to try to figure out and resolve the order, and then had to listen to a bunch of blatant lies by people not doing their job well. Right before I left Asim claimed he wasn’t the supervisor and gave me a fake number to call in order to get my refund. Dude is a liar. Also since the pizza was delivered so late it was cold when it arrived. But I’m sure Asim wouldn’t understand. Edit: Everything makes sense when you realize they are intentionally marking deliveries early. Liars are going to keep lying.

A mi hija le encanta la pizza con bordes saborizados y sin salsa. Siempre nos envían el pedido correcto y con amabilidad.
