  Below average experience, primarily due to very poor service. The staff could definitely use some training on customer service and basic attitude. We ordered four bowls and asked for fajita veggies since they were running low; the employee brought over just a tiny handful from the to-go counter and was quite rude when we asked for a normal amount, claiming "that's all we have." When I requested lemon cilantro sauce, she responded abruptly asking if I still wanted it because it cost extra. To top it off, I specifically asked for guacamole on the side, but she put it directly on the bowl anyway. While the food itself was fine, the service ruined the visit. Additionally, one restroom was closed for service and the open one was dirty. Overall, a disappointing stop.

  I come here often because it is close to where I work and on my way home. This is the closest to my house. The people who work here are nice and friendly. I seen the same people serve me or check me out when I am done ordering. The food is good better than it was 12 years ago. I came here today and the guy who I seen every time I come served me generous portions in the bowls I ordered was really nice.

  This is the worst Chipotle store I've ever seen. Every time I go, it makes me hate it again and again. The staff are very rude; they need retraining!!! Also, it's impossible to pick up my mobile order at this store. The delivery couriers constantly block the counter. After waiting for half an hour, I left the store without getting my order, and nobody helped me!!!!

  Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. When I walked in, I noticed dirty tables everywhere. I wanted to dine in but the lack of clean tables quickly deterred me. I then stood at the glass for about 3mins as the staff walked around doing everything else, no greeting - no acknowledgement - no nothing. Finally I was told “someone will be right with you.” As Caucasian person came up and said “what’s up my guy” - I am a visibly GROWN man! Do not “my guy” me I’m not your friend! I was then asked what type of protein I’d like because they’re all out of honey chipotle chicken, I said that’s fine do you have regular chicken? It became this big back and forth amongst the workers about what they had and what would be available. Mind you it’s 915pm and they close at 11pm, why is cooking not actively taking place???? The person comes back and says “we have regular chicken my guy, but we’re out of lettuce.” I proceeded to order my food and as I got to the end of the line I noticed lettuce in their mobile order station. I said can I please just get a pinch of that lettuce? I was told no, that’s for mobile orders only and “I don’t make the rules I just work here.” The person then asked who she described to be the GM (young Caucasian female) who rudely with her back turned to me just shook her head no. The disturbing part was that they gave me chicken from the mobile order side so why couldn’t I get just a pinch of lettuce? When I stayed their customer service was horrendous the “GM” said “just give it to him.” I will never return to this location! If that’s their GM or even shift manager she needs training or to find another job. The staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Just because I’m African American doesn’t mean I want a relaxed “what’s up my guy” greeting. A simple “hello how can I help you” would suffice.
