I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location.
I ordered three bowls, and the portions were extremely small. The rice serving was barely enough, and when I politely asked for a little extra, the employee seemed irritated instead of simply accommodating the request.
Next, they ran out of black beans. They gave tiny portions in two of the bowls, and for the third bowl, I was told to choose a different type of bean because they had run out and would have to make more. When I asked if another batch would be ready soon, I was simply told no.
They were also out of queso, which was disappointing.
The service got even worse when it came to the toppings. I specifically asked for only corn and guacamole, but the employee added lettuce anyway. When I pointed out that I hadn’t asked for lettuce, instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, she responded, “I already added it,” and gave me a rude, dismissive look.
To top it all off, the soda fountain wasn’t working properly, the drink had almost no carbonation and tasted completely flat.
Overall, they were out of multiple items, served very small portions, and acted as if the inconvenience was somehow the customer’s fault. There was no apology, no effort to correct the mistakes, and no concern for customer service.
After paying full price for three bowls, I expected fresh ingredients, reasonable portions, and respectful service. Instead, I received incomplete orders, flat soda, and rude service from start to finish.
I hope management addresses both the inventory issues and the staff’s attitude toward customers, because this visit was extremely disappointing.
