  I’ve been a fan of Chipotle for over 15 years and have regularly visited this location for the last several years. Unfortunately, the inconsistent portions and customer service have become increasingly frustrating. Some online orders had barely any meat, even when I’ve paid for extra protein. Other in-person orders have been generous enough to give me hope that things are improving. It shouldn’t feel like a gamble every time I order. More concerning is how I’ve seen staff treated. I’ve witnessed a manager yelling at employees during a shift. On another visit, an employee who appeared to be new was reprimanded while making my order after I asked for a little more meat because the initial portion was unusually small. It’s uncomfortable to watch, and the atmosphere often feels tense and unwelcoming. Today was the last straw. For years, I’ve ordered a small, kids-sized bag of chips with my meal. Today, the cashier refused to sell it to me because I wasn’t a child. If there’s a restriction on selling that size separately, I would appreciate a clear explanation and consistent enforcement. But being told I couldn’t buy it because of my age, after ordering it here for years, felt unnecessarily dismissive. Having worked in customer service, I know small interactions can make a big difference. This review isn’t really about a bag of chips. It’s about repeated inconsistencies and an atmosphere that makes a routine visit feel unpleasant. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations where the experience is much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to make this location a better experience for both customers and employees.

  This plc is dirty af. Food everywhere like they don’t wipe nothing down. The food and sauces looks dried out. And they’re so slow in here. Never will I come back here.

  The staff here desperately needs serious customer-service training. The attitude is absolutely unacceptable. It feels like some of these employees hate their jobs and, unfortunately, take that frustration out on the customers. Let’s be clear: you are not doing customers a favor by serving them. **I’m paying for my food and for the service**, and the bare minimum is to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Nobody should have to deal with eye rolls, attitude, disrespect, or employees acting like customers are an inconvenience. If you don’t want to deal with customers, find another job. Management needs to get a handle on this because the level of poor customer service is embarrassing. I came to spend my money, not to be treated like I’m bothering you by being there.

  Great location. Employees were nice and listened to my asks. It was lunch time on a Sunday but had only 4 people in line, line went fast. Food was yummy. I'm not from this area, and hate heat. You should know that every food joint here is humid and loud even if nobody's there and it's not a hot day. If that's negligible, you'll have a good time. No bathroom that I know of. Basically no parking but that's expected here.

  0 stars for service because it's so consistently bad. I tried tipping and it made no difference. I got queso without the chips, and 1 tablespoon of dressing for my salad bowl. The food is fine, when you get your full order. I work on the block, but would never stop here otherwise. It's just not enough value for a regular lunch stop in, unfortunately.
