- JDjoshua donhitoAug 24, 20261.0Please do not ever online order from this location. They had me waiting nearly 2 hours despite multiple attempts trying to cancel my order. Customer service will have you going insane talking to an AI chatbot before even getting to a live person, and you better hope the live person actually helps you out. Luckily the second one helped me cancel my order, gave me my refund, and gave my free reward back, but even then, the order is still pending on the app and there have been multiple dashers contacting me to give updates on the canceled order that the workers will never tend to. And to the first customer rep who told me they can only be on the call for 2 minutes, and when I pushed, changed his mind and said 3 minutes, please eat dirt. Then again, I can’t blame the workers for being so criminally understaffed and/or improperly trained, and I can’t blame management because there are probably budget cuts hindering them from staffing this location properly (but umm, when are Chipotle restaurants ever actually staffed properly?). All this to say, this experience gave me a valuable lesson: support your local taquerias and Mexican restaurants all over the Bay Area. This place does not care about you or your time. And if by some off chance you do actually want to eat food from this location (please highly reconsider), do yourself a favor and just go in-person. They will never get to your online order, and the poor dashers will be stuck there waiting so long for an order that will never be made. P.S. I am still getting updates from the dashers!!!
