    The food was good, but the service was slow due to understaffing. There were long lines, and it appeared that not enough employees were working during a busy time. The staff members present were doing their best, but additional help would have made the experience much better. I hope management can improve staffing levels to reduce wait times for customers. And also I think they need a new management team because the store is very dirty chairs not clean up food all over the floor and etc….feel bad for people who works there I guess

    Extremely bad chipotle, providing total service failure. The portions were extremely inconsistent, and the poor packaging of the burrito resulted in a product that was inedible. Service was dismissive and I felt manipulated. Do not recommend.

    I asked to use my app accumulated points for chips, and the cashiers could not even respond she had to contact a coworker in the kitchen to come tell me there where no chips. Now to make it clear my issue is not that I could not use my points for the chips I understand it was close to closing and items run out. I take issue with your cashier not being able to communicate something so simple as there are no chips. When I mentioned they should at least train her to be able to state something so simple as "I'm sorry we've run out of chips" he took offense and told me I should understand as her English is limited. Why would you a place a person incapable of communicating very simple interaction at the front of the house and as a cashier. It ruins the experience, Chipotle is marketed to a different crowd than a regular fast food as McDonald's, burgers king, taco bell, yes the food is better in some term but the service is so deplorable that its on par and honestly not worth spending your money here. I will be closing my loyalty acct and avoiding patronage. Additionally the food prep personnel was rude and dismissive. The local was dirty, 80 of the tables had not been wiped, bathroom was a mess with no paper towels or toilet paper not usable. Id like to point out I am multi lingual myself my feedback is not for extremism but to excuse inability to perform basic job functions with a language barrier and then be angry at me because you couldn't communicate and become abrasive is ridiculous.

    Incredibly understaffed, I understand busyness but I stood next to the register for over ten minutes waiting for a preorder and no one even acknowledged me. When standing there the cashier seemed very flustered and not able to handle the rush. Heard him ringing up customers wrong and then being rude as if it was their mistake. Had to chase someone down because he forgot to have them pay. Seems like they really need more people.
